An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team. A new post of Outside Services Leader is required. The post is 37 hours per week, Scale LC2 29-32 (£37,3361-£40,221)
This role is initially fixed term for 3 years, with a view to it becoming permanent following the successful implementation of the role and subsequent review.
We are seeking a suitably experienced and highly motivated person to implement and deliver a planned maintenance programme.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of general maintenance and repair for the upkeep of all Parish Council owned buildings, play equipment, open spaces, grounds machinery and tools. They will oversee and undertake the work of the maintenance team, ensuring health and safety procedures are in place and followed.
Engaging with councillors, local communities and exploring the potential of setting up voluntary-led projects will be pivotal to the work.
