A leaflet summarising the policies in the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) has been produced. This is to help people understand what the NDP covers and to help you decide how to vote in the referendum which takes place on Thursday 20 January 2022.

The NDP was written by a Committee comprising members of the community and parish councillors from across the whole parish, consultation with the public has taken place since 2013 when the plan was first drafted.
Calstock Parish is made up of 5 wards (Gunnislake, Calstock, Delaware, Harrowbarrow and Chilsworthy) and 19 councillors sit on the council. The councillors are not paid but carry out their role in a voluntary capacity. As of January 2022, 17 of the parish councillors were all elected members with 2 being co-opted when vacancies became available.
Each councillor must declare any personal or pecuniary interests in a Register of Interest form which is publicly available.
