Due to the restrictions placed on the council as a result of the pandemic Coronavirus, this response represents the opinion of members of Calstock Parish Council identified through a consultation process and will be ratified at the next appropriate meeting of the council.
As per the eight comments I have received back these are the responses I am proposing for the following applications:
PA20/03122 DELAWARE 5 Drakewalls Place – Replacement Front Porch and addition of Rear Loft Extension
Support – Unanimous
PA20/03052 GUNNISLAKE Lock Cottage – Repair and conservation including new slate roof, new windows and flood defence doors with first floor wing extension.
Support – 6 support, 1 abstention, 1 objection
PA20/03053 GUNNISLAKE Lock Cottage – Listed building consent for repair and conservation including new slate roof, new windows and flood defence doors with first floor wing extension.

PA20/02927 HARROWBARROW Sleepy Hollow – Change of use of existing commercial store to farm shop; change of use of existing residential store to ancillary accommodation; reorganisation to change
layout of existing dwelling house; alterations to conservatory and provision of balcony; new porch; insertion of new glazing
