We are still hearing from people who are experiencing issues with their water supply.

Cornwall Councillor, Dorothy Kirk, has been discussing with South West Water the problem of the many burst pipes that people have been experiencing since the water supply problems over the weekend. SWW say that there will be no blanket response but that householders should contact South West Water directly to put their complaint and each case will be dealt with separately. The Customer Service number is 0344 346 2020
However, it is important that we understand as a community the extent of the problem. The Parish Council has a regular a liaison meeting with SWW and the Environment Agency where we will discuss this issue. It would be helpful for this if you could email details of your pipe burst etc and SWW’s response to clerk@calstockparishcouncil.gov.uk – your personal details will remain confidential.
