We have heard from Cornwall Council’s Planning Department and there have been NO pre-applications (pre-apps) logged for the Donkey Site within the last two years.
It is worth noting that when submitting pre-applications, applicants tick a box confirming whether or not they are happy for the pre-app to be shared with the Parish Council and/or Cornwall Councillor. If they are happy to share, then Cornwall Council will provide us with the details but these cannot be shared with the wider public, only parish council members.
Only a pre-application can be kept confidential. Once a full planning application is made, it becomes public and must follow official planning protocols and procedures.
