We have placed stickers on 4 items in the centre of Calstock that appear to have been abandoned.

Calstock is a beautiful part of our Parish and we are keen to keep it tidy as are many of the local residents.

Any boats moored up for more than 2 low tides that are not known to the Parish Council and have not paid for a mooring will be subject to removal .

Car parking is also at a premium in the village and vehicles that are just parked and remain stationary will also be checked for Tax and MOT and also subject to removal.

Currently 3 boats and 1 trailer have had stickers placed on them and will be removed by Cornwall Council from 30 August 2021.  If you are the owners then please contact us as soon as possible.

Items can be removed under Section 33 of the Environment Protection Act 1990 as fly tipping or under the Clean Neighbourhood and Environmental Act 2005 Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978; Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc) (Amendment) Regulations 1993.
