At our Full Council meeting on Tuesday, Councillors raised concerns about the level of crime and anti-social behaviour in the area. We will be writing to the Devon and Cornwall Crime Commissioner and asking her to consider -and campaign for- more resources, especially at local levels.
We are aware that people find it frustrating when trying to report an incident, however reporting is key to getting things done and highlighting the need for more resources.
Please use the following channels:
999 (for emergencies) or 101 or online (non-emergency).
This will mean that the information gets triaged, assessed and allocated to the right team to deal with.

Police do not record crimes based on information discussed on social media sites so it is important to record it formally.
